ORYVE Legal

Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules that apply when you access or use ORYVE. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Last updated August 18, 2026

1. Using ORYVE

ORYVE provides a digital interface for discovering and accessing entertainment content and related information. You may use the service only for lawful, personal use and in a way that does not interfere with the service, other users, or connected systems.

You must not attempt to bypass security controls, disrupt service availability, automate abusive traffic, probe restricted systems, or use ORYVE in a manner that violates applicable law.

2. Availability and changes

Features, titles, artwork, descriptions, ratings, search results, playback options, and availability may change without notice. ORYVE may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service when necessary for maintenance, security, reliability, or product changes.

3. Third-party content and services

Some catalogue information, media, artwork, ratings, trailers, playback functionality, or other elements displayed through ORYVE may originate from third-party services. ORYVE does not control the continued availability, accuracy, performance, or policies of those services.

Third-party services may apply their own terms, privacy practices, geographic restrictions, technical requirements, and availability rules when you interact with them.

4. Intellectual property

The ORYVE name, interface, layout, branding, original code, and original design elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Movie, television, anime, character, artwork, studio, network, and other third-party names or materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of third-party intellectual property to ORYVE or to you.

5. Personal library and viewing activity

ORYVE currently saves features such as My List, Continue Watching, and Recently Watched locally in your browser. These features are associated with that browser and device rather than with an ORYVE account.

Clearing browser data, using private browsing, switching devices, or changing browsers may remove or make that information unavailable.

6. No warranties

ORYVE is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, ORYVE makes no guarantee that every title, feature, stream, search result, image, description, or third-party service will always be available, uninterrupted, accurate, error-free, or suitable for every device or location.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORYVE and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service or on third-party services accessed through it.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as ORYVE develops or as legal, technical, or operational requirements change. The revision date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms may be submitted through the official contact channel published by ORYVE when one is made available.
