1. Information ORYVE stores on your device
ORYVE currently does not require an account to use its personal-library features. My List, Continue Watching, Recently Watched, and playback progress are stored locally in your browser on the device you are using.
This locally stored information may include title identifiers, title names, artwork references, episode information, playback position, and timestamps needed to provide those features.
2. No account profile at this time
ORYVE does not currently maintain a user-account database for My List or viewing history. As a result, those items are not synchronized across devices and are not made available to other visitors through ORYVE.
3. Information processed when you use the site
Like most websites, the hosting and network infrastructure used to deliver ORYVE may process technical information necessary to serve requests, protect the service, and diagnose reliability or security issues. This can include IP address, request time, browser or device information, requested pages, and standard network logs.
4. Third-party services
ORYVE connects to third-party services to provide catalogue information, images, trailers, playback, and related functionality. When your browser loads content from an external service, that service may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, referring page, or request metadata according to its own privacy practices.
ORYVE does not control the privacy practices, cookies, storage technologies, or data-retention policies of independent third-party services.
5. Cookies and browser storage
ORYVE uses browser storage for personal viewing features described above. The current application does not require advertising cookies or an ORYVE account-session cookie for those features.
Embedded or externally loaded services may use their own storage or cookies. Those technologies are controlled by the relevant third party rather than by ORYVE.
6. Your choices
You can remove individual items from My List, Continue Watching, or Recently Watched using the controls provided in ORYVE. You can also clear ORYVE site data through your browser settings, which removes locally stored viewing information from that browser.
7. Data security
ORYVE uses technical safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access, injection, information exposure, and other common web risks. No website or network transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users should keep their browser and device software up to date.
8. Children
ORYVE is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children through an account system. Parents or guardians remain responsible for supervising use of the service and third-party content on shared devices.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when ORYVE adds features, changes its data practices, or responds to legal or operational requirements. The date shown at the top of this page identifies the current version.
10. Contact
Privacy questions may be submitted through the official contact channel published by ORYVE when one is made available.
